Dr. Aiesha started her career in medicine in 2009. After obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the International Medical University, she served in Sabah’s government hospitals for 4 years. She then returned to West Malaysia and continued to serve in Kajang Hospitals Orthopaedic Department until 2015 when she then started to work in the Sports Medicine Department at UMMC. After spending her clinical attachment at the National Sports Institute of Malaysia, Dr. Aiesha has had exposure to working in the field of high-performance sports which started her passion for Medical Fitness. 

After overcoming breast cancer twice - the vibrant, relentless and energetic - Dr. Aiesha takes no time for granted. She spends her new lease on life training to become a competitive physique & bodybuilding athlete. Her first big win in the international arena was in 2017 when she won gold at Fit Angel Classic held in Thailand and earned the title of Miss Fit Angel 2017. Two years later, she won a gold medal in the Vietnam Muscle Contest International, an IFBB Pro League sanctioned event. The same year, she received sponsorship from Malaysia Airlines to compete in "The British Final" held in the United Kingdom. She competed in 3 different categories and reached podium placing. 

Dr. Aiesha Medical Fitness was born during the COVID-19 pandemic, as a fresh - pandemic-proof business model. The idea is to integrate her many years of experience in medicine and fitness into her business practice. Dr. Aiesha Medical Fitness offers bespoke services ranging from weight management, physique development, and health and fitness transformation programs.
